The Benefits of Sealcoating Are:

  • Reduction of maintenance frequency and cost.

  • Improved curb appeal.
  • Resistance to oil and gasoline spills.
  • Slowed oxidation and water penetration.

When Should You Call S & S Paving to Sealcoat?

Suppose you already have sealcoat applied to your asphalt pavement. In that case, you need to pay careful attention around the 3-5 year time frame after application for changes in the aggregate of your asphalt. If you can see the colors on the individual pieces, then it's time to sealcoat. Typically, you will want to apply sealcoat 12 to 24 months after your asphalt is installed.

Asphalt Crack Sealing Installations Near You

Cracks, chips, and breaks are normal in asphalt pavement and vary over time. If left unsealed, a single crack could lead to catastrophic sub-base failure resulting in costly repairs. However, your asphalt pavement can last years if cracks are addressed promptly and properly sealed. Crack sealing is inexpensive to patch your asphalt and stave off extensive repairs. We offer Rubberized Cold Pour Crack Sealing: great for small or few cracks.
